Uniland Corporation's long heritage in the area
building industry extends back three
generations. The company's roots were established when
Sol Rosenhaus founded
Built-Well Construction in 1926 on the premise of
building affordable, well-constructed
homes. Sol's reputation kept the business alive during
the Great Depression, and
flourishing through numerous residential and commercial
projects during the late 1930s
and 1940s. In 1946, Sol's son, Mel, joined the firm and
later became the second-
generation leader of Uniland. Today, Mel's sons, Rex
and Rick, share the leadership
of the Uniland legacy.

Rex comments, "Our heritage in the building industry
gives us a very sound knowledge base in community planning, construction
and service. It's nice to have the ability to do
business with your family, and we have been involved in a family business all
of our
lives. Many of our customers have told us they find it
comforting to know we have been in business for such a long time. They are
making a sizable investment, very often their largest
investment, and it is reassuring to tell them we have been building homes for
three generations. Ultimately, however, we are
constantly aware that their confidence rests on how we service their needs
today."
Uniland Corporation's longstanding tradition of
building distinctive housing, tailored to the needs of the market, has
sustained the
company's outstanding reputation for eight decades and
three generations of family leadership. From single-family homes,
condominium communities, and apartment complexes to
commercial and retail centers, the diversity of product offered by
Uniland possess a common focus in expert workmanship,
dependable service and affordable luxury.
"Our focus is developing and building affordable new
home ad condominium communities tailored to the needs of each market."
states Rex Rosenhaus, Vice President of Uniland
Corporation. "We determine those needs by listening to customer feedback
and holding focus groups before we begin a new project.
A vital part of our planning process is to identify who we are going to be
providing housing for. We learn something new with each
generation of community we build." Uniland is not only particular about
the quality of what they build, they are extremely
selective when evaluating where they build.
